Driving innovation for hard problems is challenging and requires multidisciplinary teams representing different skills and perspectives to diligently focus and collaborate together toward a solution. Rallies provide a formal but flexible process that makes it possible to manage multidisciplinary collaboration, maintain focus, and track progress.
